Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All  packages will be processed for shipping within 3 business days and will be sent via USPS or UPS. (Unless the item is a custom order item as specified in the description)  Once the package is processed the customer will receive  tracking number confirmation. Please expect shipping delays during the holiday season.

The Governor's Wife Boutique is not responsible for: Delays with the postal service or UPS Shipping, Lost, Damaged, or Mark Delivered Items. To file a claim with the carrier please visit USPS Claims support or UPS Claims support.

 

RETURN POLICY

We do accept returns on all regular priced Items within 10 days for a full refund as long as the tags are attached. After 10 days you will receive a store credit. We can not accept returns after 20 days of your purchase. 

(We can’t accept returns on bralettes, undergarments, or beauty products due to sanitary purposes.)



DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at
thegovernorswifeboutique@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. Our customer service team will get you taken care of!

FINAL SALE
All sales on sale/clearance items are final. All sales are final on jewelry, graphic tees, doorbusters, purses, wallets. Also any shapewear (all shapers, leggings), undergarments, hats and beanies (for hygienic purposes) are final sale. All Custom Artworlk is final slae.
